Clouds & Cups ships all domestic orders using Australia Post Standard Shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. To track your order via the Australia Post website, click here.

Standard Shipping Information

  • $9 AUD flat rate for all orders under $100 AUD
  • Free for all orders over $100 AUD
  • Arrival within 2 - 6 business days
  • Includes free email tracking

International Shipping

Clouds & Cups ships all overseas orders using Australia Post Standard International Shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. To track your order via the Australia Post website, click here. Below are the current destinations we ship to:

  • New Zealand (starting from $18 AUD)
  • US and Canada (starting from $24 AUD)
  • UK and Ireland (starting from $28 AUD)

Exchanges and Refunds

The Clouds & Cups exchange/refund policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have elapsed since the purchase, we are unable to offer an exchange/refund.

We offer replacements for faulty/damaged/wrongly-shipped items. This does not include wear and tear that has occurred through normal use. We also offer change-of-mind exchanges but only for a different size of the original product purchased. We cannot exchange between different product styles. For example, if you ordered ITEM A in small, we can exchange it for another ITEM A of any size but not for ITEM B. Please choose styles carefully before purchasing.

We offer full refunds only for faulty/damaged items. To initiate an exchange/refund, please email us at contact@cloudsandcups.com.au, or click here. Please indicate whether you wish to receive an exchange or a refund (if applicable). In the case of a size exchange, indicate the new desired size. Please also include your order number for reference.

Once we respond to your request, please ship the item in question to the address provided. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition as they arrived. This includes having the original swing tags attached. Be sure to include the packing slip that came with the original order. You are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning items to us.

Once we have received the item in question, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval/rejection of your exchange/refund. If your refund is approved, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for the item (excluding original shipping charges). The refund will be made using the original method of payment. Please note that there may be a processing period of a few days before you receive your refund. If your exchange request is approved, we will ship the replacement to you at no additional cost.

Please note that exchanges/refunds are not guaranteed. In the case that your refund/exchange is rejected, we will notify you and return the item if desired.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
